All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, and are based on double-occupancy,
in both beach-level and loft units. Each additional adult in any unit
adds $20 per night. Teens 13-18: $10 per night. There is no charge for
additional occupants 12 or under. Maximum adult occupancy in any suite
is four adults.
Beach-level units provide a separate bedroom w/a queen-sized bed, and
a queen-sized or full-sized sofa bed in the living room. Upper units
provide sleeping space for two additional adults or a family with children;
each also provides a queen-sized or full-sized sofa bed in the living
room, and another on the loft.
A non-refundable 20% deposit, paid by Visa or Mastercard, is required
upon booking. Balances will be charged on a schedule which varies
with the season, but generally is approximately 30-60 days before arrival.
The full amount will be charged when an arrival is within 45 days.
All charge transactions will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
Bookings by phone will also be accepted. A 9% government room
tax will be charged on all bookings. Many island resorts add a
service and/or gratuity charge; we do not.
If a personal or medical emergency causes cancellation, we will provide
a credit toward an alternate stay, at a time agreeable to both the guest
and the resort. A $100 re-booking fee will be charged to cover
administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations,
less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will
be made only if the guest provides ample written notice and the resort
is able to rent the same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
