Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy:

Payment terms: A non-refundable 20% deposit, by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking, to hold a reservation. Balances will be charged 45-60 days before arrival, depending on the season. The full amount due will be charged when arrival is within 60 days. All charge transactions will be confirmed within 24 hours, by email. Bookings by phone will be accepted, though submission of this authorization form is preferred. A 9% government room tax is charged on all bookings. There is no additional service fee or gratuity charge. All complimentary amenities will be confirmed via email.

Cancellations: If a personal or medical emergency, independently documented or verified in writing by a medical provider,causes a trip cancellation, and no trip cancellation insurance exists (strongly recommended), we will provide a "credit" toward an alternate stay, for the same number of nights, during off-peak season, at a time agreeable to both the guest and the resort. A $100 rebooking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides ample written notice and the resort is able to rent that same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
