Our Location: 3.5 miles north of San Pedro, a fun, 15-minute water-taxi ride to town center, with the boat at our dock. Or get some exercise and bike to town on our bicycles, or on a rental golf cart.

Our Accommodations: 48 spacious suites, both beach-level and second-level, with furnished terraces facing the sea, in 12 buildings running from water's edge to around the lushly landscaped pool, with its center hot tub and swim-up, sit-down bar. Fully air-conditioned and with fully-equipped kitchens, beach-level suites provide a queen-sized bed in a private bedroom and, in the upper-level suites, a queen bed in the bedroom and a full-sized sleep sofa or twin beds on the loft, under a soaring cathedral ceiling. Discounted rates are rare on the island in high and peak seasons, but our significant 2011 discounts continue into 2012 -- 20% off our published rates for occupancies from Jan 4 through April 3, starting a $191.20; 10% discounts from April 4-8 and Dec 20-Jan 3 (2013) , starting at $215.10 per night; and 40% discounts from April 9-Nov 20 and Nov 26-Dec 19, starting at $143.40 per night.
